Dear Dr. Bittner,
I am writing you today to personally thank you and your wonderful staff for my million dollar smile. THANK YOU! I want to tell you why I chose you for my life changing smile.

First of all I have always been scared to death to go to the dentist. Pretty ironic considering my brother, his wife and my uncle are all dentists. Unfortunately when I was 10 years old, I fractured all of my upper anterior teeth while sledding with my brother. I will never forget the pain of the snow hitting my freshly exposed nerves. Just as bad was the experience I went through at my dentist office while he used his slow speed drill to try to repair them. This experience left me with a total fear of even sitting in a dental chair, and in fact I break out sweating and almost faint just for a cleaning.

I have spent the last 15 years in the dental profession. I have been in thousands of dental offices throughout my career. Hundreds of dentists including some of the best in the world have offered to give me a new smile for no charge (including my family). When I saw the work you had done on some of my friends I knew you were the dentist I wanted to see for a new, natural looking smile, no matter what the cost.

Once I met you and your wonderful staff, starting with Sue, I was impressed. The fact that all of your work is made on-site by Shoreh is extraordinary - this is simply not done at other offices. Her talents and artistic eye compliments your knowledge, expertise and experience in creating beautiful smiles.

I thought that flying in from Indianapolis would be a problem - it wasn't and quite to the contrary it was a blast! My experience in the office was also fun, you guys made me feel relaxed and carefree - something I never had experienced in any other office. Maybe it was the warm blanket, headphones, reassurance or just VIP treatment, I loved it!

Every single day I wake up and see my smile. Every single day I am complimented on my smile. Even other dentist's cannot tell if they are real or veneers! You and your team are incredible!
