Dear Dr. Bittner:

Thank you for my awesome SMILE! I have always been diligent about my dental care, but genetics and a childhood injury left me with a set of teeth that were a challenge to say the least. I’ve lost track of the number of root canals, crowns and veneers I’ve had through the years. I had every shade of crown one can imagine, so my teeth never looked uniform or natural. Photographs rarely revealed my teeth.

I was put at ease the very first time I stepped into your office. Sue, your wonderful coordinator warmly greeted me. She was so professional and personable, I instantly felt comfortable. My initial plan was to replace my front six teeth, but after reviewing your work - the amazing before and after pictures - I decided to replace all of the top teeth. During the consultation, you made me feel like a longtime friend. Your comprehensive knowledge and friendly demeanor made me feel very relaxed about the procedure.

When the day arrived there was no anxiety. I was comfortable and relaxed. The sedation worked wonderfully. I experienced no pain, and the temporaries looked perfect. I went home, rested for the day and was ready to face the world with no discomfort.

Returning for my permanent teeth I could not believe how natural and white they were, thanks to you and Shoreh, your ceramist. I went home and proudly displayed my new teeth to my husband. We immediately decided to have the procedure done to all my lower teeth also!!!

In addition, I am so grateful for your aftercare. You and your staff were always available and accommodating. The experience was so positive, I plan to continue with you for all my dental needs. I have NEVER had such thorough care.
